A broad spectrum treatment for roundworm and tapeworm parasites of cattle, sheep and goats.
Active: 25g/L fenbendazole- a benzimidazole (BZ). Preparations containing BZ compounds are commonly known as a ‘white drench’.
Dosage:
Sheep and Goats: Dose at the rate of 1ml per 4kg body weight. It is preferable if sheep, lambs or goats are fasted for approximately 18 hours before administering BZ drenches. This may not be feasible for dairy goats.
Cattle: Dose at the rate of 15ml per 50kg body weight
WITHHOLDING PERIODS
MEAT (Sheep, Cattle, Goats): DO NOT USE less than fourteen (14) days before slaughter for human consumption.
MILK (Sheep): DO NOT USE in female sheep which are producing or may in the future produce milk or milk products for human consumption.
MILK (Goats): Milk collected from does within twenty-four (24) hours following treatment MUST NOT BE USED for human consumption or processing. This milk should not be fed to kids.
MILK (Cattle): NIL.
TRADE ADVICE EXPORT SLAUGHTER INTERVAL (ESI)
DO NOT USE less than 14 days before slaughter for export. The ESI on this label was current at the time of label approval. Before using this product, conrm the current ESI from the manufacturer on Ph: (08) 9321 2888 or the APVMA website (www.apvma.gov.au/residues/ESI.shtml).
