Coforta 100 is an injectable solution designed to supplement animals with phosphorus and vitamin B12. Each milliliter contains 100 mg of Butaphosphan (1-(n-Butylamino)-1-methylethyl phosphonous acid), 50 μg of Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12), and 1 mg of Methyl-p-hydroxybenzoate as a preservative. This formulation provides 17.3 mg of phosphorus per milliliter.

Dosage & Administration:

Opened vials must be discarded within 28 days. Administer by intramuscular or subcutaneous injection using a sterile technique. Use only under the guidance or supervision of a veterinary surgeon. For doses exceeding 20 mL, divide the volume across multiple intramuscular sites or administer subcutaneously.

Administer daily as needed. For chronic conditions, provide half the recommended dose at intervals of one to two weeks or shorter. In healthy animals, administer half of the standard dose.
