RIVERINA COOL & CALM® EQUESTRIAN MIX should be given alongside chaff, hay, and/or pasture. Use the feeding rates below as a guideline, adjusting based on your horse’s condition and the quality of roughage. When pasture is scarce, provide at least 1% of bodyweight in hay or chaff. For best results, divide the recommended amount into two daily feeds and introduce new feed gradually over 10-14 days. Always provide your horse with clean, fresh water, and never feed more than 3kg at one time.
Light Work:
- 300kg = 1.5-2.5 kg
- 400kg = 2.0-3.0 kg
- 500kg = 2.5-3.5 kg
- 600kg = 3.0-4.0 kg
Moderate Work:
- 300kg = 2.0-3.0 kg
- 400kg = 2.75-3.75 kg
- 500kg = 3.5-4.5 kg
- 600kg = 4.25-5.25 kg
Heavy Work:
- 300kg = 2.5-3.5 kg
- 400kg = 3.5-4.5 kg
- 500kg = 4.5-5.5 kg
- 600kg = 5.5-6.5 kg
