A pure white small-framed crossbred. Excellent liveability and high feed efficiency egg production.

  • Birds should be sprayed for lice and treated for worms during the molting period. A regular check of the vent area for lice, mites and ticks and spraying the shed for parasites once a year is recommended. Nest boxes should be sprayed regularly and the litter in the boxes cleaned out. 
  • Most issues with laying hens are due to poor quality feed, parasites, unclean water, bullying from older birds and pets and other animals. Good shedding, protecting the birds from wind and rain as well as other animals, is essential. 
  • If your birds are stressed throughout heat, cold or harsh conditions a treatment of multivitamins in water for 2 to 3 days will help.
